We send the booking confirmation and check-in QR codes to the representative’s email. A parent’s contact details may be used. International mobile numbers must include a country code, for example +447700900123.

Use “Add participant” for a different person. For another entry by the same person, select another time in their existing section. A person cannot enter the same five-minute slot twice.

We use the representative’s name if they are participating. Uncheck this box and enter a name if someone else will compete.

Pending payments also hold places. The kids division is for junior high school age and younger. Staff will guide you through adding the LINE official account (@kitamon) at check-in.

All selected places are held when checkout starts. If any slot exceeds its capacity, that combination cannot be booked.

The event goes ahead in rain. Participant-requested cancellations and refunds are not available after payment.

Pay for all entries together through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed after payment. Checkout expires approximately 30 minutes after it is created.
